Help us understand what went wrong.
For a checking problem, the most useful details are the selected examination, the question number and what you expected to see. Share only the information needed to explain the issue.
Reporting a key issue
Include the test date, programme, category, booklet colour and official source link. Explain whether the problem concerns the selected document, a revised key or the displayed answer. Do not include your CNIC or unrelated application documents.
Reporting a reading issue
Include the question number, the detected response and the visible mark you believe was missed. If you share a sample with the operator, remove names, roll numbers and other identifiers first. Keep the original photo privately so you can compare it with any result.
Official result queries
BrightStep cannot change an official result. For official examination questions or result corrections, use HEC's own published support channels and procedures.
