Website terms
Last updated: .
These terms explain how you may use the Bright Steps website and its public previews. Bright Steps is an educational animation studio in Pakistan run by Shawaiz Nisar and Noor Ul Ain. Questions can be sent to brightstepinc@gmail.com.
Educational purpose and adult support
Our animations show everyday routines and are intended as educational resources. Bright Steps does not provide diagnosis, psychological treatment, medical advice or emergency care through this website. The videos do not replace an individual assessment or advice from a qualified professional.
Different children have different needs, preferences and ways of learning. We do not promise that a video will produce a particular skill, behaviour or therapeutic outcome, or claim that our demos have been clinically validated.
A supporting adult should preview a resource, consider whether it suits the child, and adapt any practice to their needs. Respect the child’s comfort and choices, and pause or stop when needed.
Public previews and permitted use
The website provides 15-second previews in English and Urdu. A preview introduces a demo; it is not the complete resource. Contact us to discuss viewing a full video and the permission needed for your intended use.
You may watch the published previews and show them to others for private, non-commercial evaluation, such as discussing a resource with a parent, teacher or professional. You may share a link to the website.
Watching a preview does not grant rights to sell, edit, rebrand, upload elsewhere or distribute the video or other website material. Wider use, including institutional distribution, sponsored campaigns and commercial use, needs an agreed licence or written permission from the relevant rights holder.
Copyright and branding
Website text, branding, animation and other materials may be protected by copyright or other rights held by Bright Steps or their respective rights holders. Browsing the site does not transfer ownership of those materials.
Do not remove credits or present our work as your own. Contact us if you want permission to reproduce material, use our branding or report a rights concern. These terms do not limit uses permitted by applicable law.
Enquiries and custom projects
An enquiry, demonstration or discussion does not by itself confirm an order or a delivery date. There is no online checkout on this website.
For paid work, the scope should be agreed in writing before production begins. That agreement should set out the topic, audience, language, deliverables, review responsibilities, revisions, timetable, fees, payment schedule, usage rights, confidentiality and any cancellation or refund terms.
These website terms are not a replacement for a project agreement. The agreed project terms govern that project’s deliverables, payment and licence. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not excluded.
Responsible use
Use the site and enquiry channels respectfully. Do not send spam, impersonate another person, attempt to interfere with the website or submit material you have no right to share.
Keep enquiries about adult contact details and general project needs. Do not include children’s identifying information, medical records or case notes. See our privacy policy for how enquiry drafts and messages are handled.
External services and availability
WhatsApp, email applications and linked websites are operated by other providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. The enquiry builder prepares a draft; you must send the message in your chosen application.
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but pages, previews or features may change or be temporarily unavailable. If you notice an error or cannot use a resource, please contact us. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibilities or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Accessibility
Our accessibility statement describes the site’s features, current video limitations and how to report a barrier. Contact us to discuss an alternative format; availability will depend on the resource and request.
Changes and contact
We may update these website terms as the site or services develop. The date above identifies the current version. Changes to this page do not, by themselves, change an already agreed project’s terms.
For questions about using a demo, a project or these terms, email brightstepinc@gmail.com or get in touch.
